Idea 2: Joining up organisational support offers

We need to work together to be more inclusive and modernise. Investing in new people, skills, and methods is challenging for organisations that are stretched and are facing further operating pressure created by Covid-19. 

The idea is that Sport England provides a single, joined up organisational development approach that clearly signposts to relevant information, guidance, and support. It would be designed for existing and potential partners around the most critical problems or development challenges we collectively agree need to be solved. It could include the latest data and insight, access to digital capacity and capability, technical guidance, improvement tools, helpful templates, training resources and webinars etc. It would also include a two-way element, where partners can submit and suggest learning/tools/techniques to share with others.
